Azad Kashmir is an administrative region of Pakistan located in the northern part of the country. The northern part of Azad Jammu and Kashmir includes the lower part of the Himalayas, including Jamgarh Peak (15,531 feet or 4,734 meters). However, the Sarwali Peak in the Neelum Valley is the highest in the state. Fertile, green, mountainous valleys characterize the geography of Azad Kashmir, making it one of the most beautiful regions in the subcontinent. Tourism in Azad Kashmir is now becoming a hub for bag packers from all over the world. Kashmir also plays an important role in the increase in Tourism in Pakistan
History of Kashmir:
Kashmir was ruled by a Hindu dynasty before the partition of the subcontinent. Kashmir is one of the most beautiful places in the world. It has been declared as HEAVEN on earth because of its location, scenery, and people. But Indian Aggregation in Kashmir has destroyed the motto of tourism in Kashmir.
Climate:
The southern parts of Azad Kashmir, including Bhimber, Mirpur, and Kotli districts, have extremely hot weather in summer and moderately cool weather in winter. They receive rain mostly during the monsoon weather. In the central and northern parts of the state, the weather remains mildly hot in summer and cold and chilly in winter. Snowfall also occurs there in December and January. Climate change always affects tourism in Kashmir.
Variety of food:
The variety of Kashmiri food is vast, delicious, and challenging at the same time. The taste of food offered is rich in taste. The flavors are so rich that most people just visit there to try their food. This is the reason why tourism in Kashmir is creating hype among tourists from all over the world and indulge them to visit Kashmir.
